Our products and services
NeuroDiversity Hub offers online courses, webinars, downloadable resources, and related educational content. All products are designed for educational purposes and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Purchasing and payment
- All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST exempt
- Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase
- You will receive a confirmation email when your purchase is complete
- Access to your course or resource is granted once payment is confirmed
Refund policy
We want you to feel confident purchasing from us. Please read the following carefully:
- Downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
- For online courses, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before you have completed more than 20% of the course content
- Webinar registrations are non-refundable once the webinar has taken place, however if you are unable to attend you will receive access to the recording where one is made available
- Refunds are not available for change of mind after the refund period has passed

Course access
- Access to purchased courses is provided for the lifetime of the course on our platform
- NeuroDiversity Hub reserves the right to update, modify, or retire course content. Where a course is retired, reasonable notice will be provided
- Your course login is for your personal use only and must not be shared with others

All content on NeuroDiversity Hub -- including course materials, videos, downloadable resources, written content, and graphics -- is the intellectual property of NeuroEmploy Pty Ltd or its content contributors. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any of our content without written permission.
